Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about buying a car across European borders.

How does the vehicle sourcing process work?

You start by telling us what you want — via our contact form, phone, or email. We confirm your requirements, agree on a budget including our fee, and begin searching our European network. When we find suitable candidates, you receive a detailed inspection report with photos. Once you approve a vehicle, we handle purchase, paperwork, and delivery. The typical timeline from initial brief to delivery is 3–6 weeks.

What does it cost to use your service?

We charge a fixed service fee agreed upon before we begin — never a percentage of the car price, which means we have no incentive to steer you toward more expensive vehicles. Logistics costs (transport, customs, registration) are itemised separately and passed through at cost. There are no hidden fees.

Which countries do you source vehicles from?

Our primary sourcing markets are Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy. We also actively search France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, and Denmark. If a car exists somewhere in Europe, we can find it.

Can you import a car to Greece from Germany?

Yes — this is one of our most common requests. We handle the Greek import process end to end: German de-registration (Abmeldung), Greek customs declaration and duty payment, KTEO technical inspection, and final registration with Greek plates. You receive the car fully road-legal in Greece.

Do you handle classic cars?

Absolutely. Classic and vintage vehicles are a speciality. We work with specialist inspectors who assess originality, rust, engine condition, and restoration quality. We understand import rules for historic vehicles, including potential duty exemptions for older cars. All classics are transported in enclosed carriers with specialist insurance.

How long does import and delivery take?

From purchase, logistics typically take 2–4 weeks in Greece or Germany. Cross-border transport takes 3–7 days depending on origin and destination. Customs and registration add approximately 1–2 weeks in Greece. We provide tracking updates throughout.

Can I see the car before you buy it?

Yes. Once we shortlist a vehicle, we send you a full photo and video inspection report. You can also arrange to visit and inspect the vehicle yourself before purchase — we will coordinate access with the seller. Nothing is purchased without your explicit approval.

Do you offer any warranty or guarantee?

We guarantee the accuracy of our inspection reports and the completeness of the paperwork we handle. For used vehicles, standard statutory rights apply as per EU consumer law. We can also assist in arranging third-party extended warranty products upon request.
